This vital hint gives us enough time to re-consider pre-folding and pre-raising. If we could be saved a badly timed raise in Caribbean poker, it would be a big amount saved. Regular bets are doubled that of what has been put in the Ante, but we need not suffer losing this amount once we see the dealer's up card.
